Work Environment\n

Our telehealth format allows counselors to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of their own homes while remaining connected with clients across the state. The ideal candidate will possess strong technological skills to utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively and maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions. While adhering to a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you may encounter flexibility requirements based on the diverse needs of our clients, allowing for a work-life balance that ensures productivity and personal fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, creating personalized and actionable treatment plans based on individual goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual, couple, and family dynamics, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational workshops that promote community and address prevalent mental health topics.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow team members to ensure cohesive patient care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance each client’s treatment experience.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and appropriate responses to urgent situations.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, therapy techniques, and relevant community resources to empower them in their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation meeting all legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and facilitating ongoing treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
