Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that consider each client's unique circumstances, aspirations, and support systems, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), continually adjusting methods as needed based on real-time client feedback and progress.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, focusing on the nuances of mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care techniques to promote long-term wellness.

• Regularly monitor client progress and revise treatment strategies to reflect changes in client needs and achievements.
