Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify each client's unique mental health needs and develop personalized treatment strategies.

• Create comprehensive therapy plans and modify them as needed based on ongoing assessments and changing client circumstances.

• Lead evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care that is holistic and tailored to each client's situation.

• Engage with clients' families to educate them on mental health issues, treatment options, and support strategies during the recovery process.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans meticulously, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting individuals and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family conflict. As a therapist, you will be instrumental in providing a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and work towards healing and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is a strict requirement.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on the ability to establish a supportive and trusting therapeutic rapport with clients.

• A strong sense of empathy and a non-judgmental approach toward clients’ experiences and issues.

• Organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a busy caseload while performing administrative tasks with efficiency.

• Prior experience in telehealth environments is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
