Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather insightful information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic goals and tailored interventions aligned with clients’ unique needs.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and additional healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and create safety plans when necessary, ensuring the well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical encounters, adhering to ethical and legal standards to ensure client confidentiality and quality of care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to foster community and client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse range of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
