Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and identify their strengths and challenges.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to meet each client's cultural background and unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy, to facilitate client progress.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that include goals, specific intervention strategies, and ongoing progress monitoring.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and mental health professionals, to ensure integrated and coordinated care for patients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments, crafting safety plans, and responding to emergencies as needed.

• Advocate for client rights, assisting individuals in connecting with community resources and providing essential case management support.

Qualifications\n
