Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with clients experiencing severe emotional disorders, offering assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy tailored to their unique situations.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case conferences to develop integrated care plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and improving treatment outcomes.

• Engage with clients to create and implement individualized care plans that address immediate challenges while empowering them in their recovery journey.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments to identify mental health needs, while arranging for more detailed evaluations as necessary.

• Provide documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and ensure clients are safe and supported through difficult times.

• Monitor compliance with admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria, ensuring that all clients receive the necessary services throughout their treatment path.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
