Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic assessments, functional evaluations, and developing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with primary care providers.

• Providing short-term, focused interventions for patients requiring mental health support, employing evidence-based practices to guide treatment.

• Monitoring patients’ progress and effectiveness of interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Developing relapse prevention strategies and assisting patients in maintaining stability in their personal and social environments.

• Collaborating with other treatment providers, both within the clinic and external organizations, to ensure seamless care for patients, while adhering to ethical standards.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with agency and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) guidelines.

• Participating in program evaluation and consultation with clinic management to enhance service delivery based on patient needs.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, emotional distress, and psychosocial issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field.

• A current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $87,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
