Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapeutic strategies that cater to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to streamline documentation and manage client data efficiently.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and comprehensive client care, participating in case discussions and therapeutic planning.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in workshops and training sessions to remain current with the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families facing various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. Your ability to connect with clients empathetically and tailor treatment to their circumstances will be integral to their healing process and overall outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical counseling environment, demonstrating competence in providing therapeutic care.

• Proficient understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
