Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to establish personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring proper handling of client records.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate various treatment approaches and provide holistic care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health issues. Your expertise will directly contribute to helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relational conflicts, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support that respects their unique experiences and barriers to accessing care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
