Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to facilitate a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate, ensuring a seamless transition in care.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that prioritize client goals and needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to uphold compliance standards and optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
