Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions to work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate closely with a network of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create an integrated treatment approach, ensuring that all aspects of client care are addressed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
