Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, beginning with thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups based on evidence-based practices and methodologies.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychiatric staff, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal client outcomes.

• Respond to client crises with appropriate interventions and provide ongoing support in brief interventions or longer-term therapy settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, ideally in a mental health counseling environment.
