Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, concerns, and personal goals.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions for clients coping with a variety of mental health challenges, including conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.

• Engage in couples and family therapy sessions designed to improve relationship dynamics, enhance communication, and resolve conflicts.

• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet each client's specific needs, ensuring that clear objectives and interventions are established.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health crises, offering immediate support and resources.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions and coping strategies, empowering them with information and resources for sustained support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records, encompassing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements, in compliance with applicable legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
