Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with clients' individual goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients across various formats including individual sessions, couples counseling, family therapy, and group sessions.

• Draw from an array of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and state legal requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending relevant workshops and trainings to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n
