Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mindful Pill Psychotherapy Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive counseling sessions (individual, couple, family, and group) through telehealth platforms as well as in our outpatient office when necessary.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that cater to the distinct needs and aspirations of each client, drawing on assessments and clinical interviews.

• Offering emotional support and guidance to help clients navigate various psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and behavioral concerns.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to create a holistic approach to client care, ensuring all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.

• Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and best practices, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engaging in continuous professional development by staying current on best practices, emerging trends, and relevant research in the counseling field.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
