Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, including comprehensive intake assessments and evaluations.

• Provide therapeutic interventions using diverse methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Conduct regular virtual counseling sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering a safe and empathetic environment for discussion.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and treatment.

• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
