Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and develop tailored therapy strategies for clients, ensuring a client-centered approach to care.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches to diverse client groups including individuals, families, and couples.

• Maintain thorough clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate patient records.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care, participate in team meetings, and contribute to case management discussions.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest mental health research through participation in workshops and ongoing professional development activities.

The LPC will work primarily with a varied population experiencing challenges such as trauma, substance misuse, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
