Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake evaluations to gather comprehensive information about clients' mental health histories and current challenges.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate positive outcomes.

• Offer group, couples, or family therapy as deemed appropriate, fostering an inclusive therapeutic atmosphere.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate medical documentation in compliance with licensure standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to address the holistic needs of our clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals experiencing difficulties related to attention, executive functioning, anxiety, trauma, and depression. Given the diverse backgrounds of our clientele, a culturally competent approach is essential to provide effective therapeutic support. You will be instrumental in guiding clients toward improved mental health and resilience through empathetic engagement and strategic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling or a related field is required for this position.

• Possession of an active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Oregon for a minimum of two years.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services, ideally with individuals and families facing a range of mental health issues.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, fostering trust and collaboration with clients.

• Knowledge of health psychology principles and practices is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
