This position is fully remote, allowing our counselors to engage with clients from the comfort of their own homes while employing secure video conferencing tools. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments via secure video calls to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one, family, marital, and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure progress towards established goals.
\n
• Implement a variety of therapeutic tools and methodologies suited to virtual environments, including digital mental health screening tools.

• Document all client interactions and maintain complete and accurate clinical records to support ongoing treatment and evaluation.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to practice development through professional insights and suggestions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our telehealth team, you will work with a diverse range of clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use issues, and other mental health concerns. Our approach is centered on understanding each client’s unique circumstances, preferences, and cultural background to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Social Work.

• Active licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• Strong foundational knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and ethical practices.

• Proficiency in using technology for therapy delivery and client engagement, including familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in mental health counseling, particularly with individuals facing complex mental and behavioral health challenges.

• Experience in co-occurring treatment settings, individual and group therapy modalities, or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to develop effective treatment plans and adapt to clients' evolving needs throughout the therapeutic process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
