Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, regularly updating these as the client's needs evolve.

• Engage actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on overall treatment strategies and share insights that contribute to comprehensive care.

• Document all therapeutic interactions and updates in compliance with state guidelines, ensuring the responsible handling of sensitive information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients dealing with substance abuse and mental health disorders. Traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, and relational issues among couples and family units are common scenarios in your day-to-day engagements. Your empathetic approach will be instrumental in fostering a safe and inviting space for clients to explore and address these challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• You must hold a current, valid license in good standing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Your license must not be under any form of probation or suspension.
\n
• Strong interpersonal communications skills with a compassionate approach to client care.

• Proficiency in remote therapeutic tools and platforms used for telehealth services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in substance abuse treatment and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
