Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and detailed assessments of clients' mental health and substance use issues, utilizing structured diagnostic tools and personal interviews to identify co-occurring disorders.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that emphasize the development of essential skills, such as emotional regulation, coping strategies, and relapse prevention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals grappling with co-occurring mental health issues and substance use disorders, ranging from mild to severe cases. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques applicable to co-occurring disorders, such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Thorough understanding of the dynamics between mental health and substance use disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within an interdisciplinary team framework.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
