Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake assessments to understand each client's unique history and mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that address a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, employing evidence-based and holistic treatment methodologies.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers, including psychologists and social workers, to create an integrated support system for clients, ensuring all aspects of their mental health are addressed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
