Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that encompass various medical conditions affecting patients' psychological well-being, using structured tools and interviews to gather essential information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals struggling with co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain. Our comprehensive approach is designed to support patients in overcoming multiple challenges and improving their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
\n
• Demonstrated experience addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing effective collaboration with team members and compassionate engagement with patients.

• Proven ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of patient confidentiality are met.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and a strong ability to leverage technology for efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth settings or virtual service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
