Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients within hospice care, addressing the psychological aspects of grief, terminal illness, and the transition process. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
