Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using standardized tools to understand patients' needs and formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in developing integrated treatment plans that holistically address patients' mental health and wellness.

• Ensure accurate documentation of all patient interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure in the state of Georgia as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is mandatory.

• Substantial knowledge of mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based therapeutic methods.
