This role offers the flexibility of remote work while being integrated into our outpatient office model in Savannah, Georgia. Team members operate within a highly collaborative virtual space, engaging with experienced professionals, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists. The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential evening shifts as needed based on patient requirements. The competitive salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by bonuses and a sign-on bonus.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health therapist will primarily work with individuals facing substance use disorders, including but not limited to alcohol and drug dependencies. Patients may come from diverse backgrounds and face various challenges related to their addiction experienced over different lengths of time. The emphasis will be on fostering healing relationships and enabling recovery through tailored interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorders, effective treatment modalities, and a recovery-oriented approach to care.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, particularly within addiction treatment frameworks.
