Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading one-on-one therapy sessions using CBT, DBT, EMDR, and other effective therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals seeking help for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and life transitions. A key aspect of your role will involve creating a safe and trusting environment that empowers clients to make meaningful changes and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• At least two years of clinical experience providing therapy to clients.
