Work Environment\n

This role is designed for counselors who prefer a remote work setting while collaborating closely with a team of mental health professionals. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule within a structured workweek, typically Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Our outpatient office model emphasizes client-centered therapy, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of their own homes while using telehealth platforms and electronic management systems to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their unique situations and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily service adult clients, including individuals and couples experiencing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your work will directly support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals, fostering a sense of empowerment and resilience. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
