Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, and diagnostic interviews to understand each client's specific circumstances and needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that incorporate their individual goals and cultural considerations.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), across diverse settings such as individual, couples, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring clients in acute distress receive immediate support and continuity of care.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, compliant with regulatory standards and clinic policies.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, equipping them with knowledge and strategies for managing their conditions.

• Participate in regular outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and modify plans as needed based on client progress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
