Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychological assessments, utilizing evidence-based evaluation techniques to create tailored treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each client.

• Deliver diverse therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities as appropriate.

• Work closely with case managers and psychiatrists to develop integrated care plans that support the overall health and wellness of clients, collaborating on referrals and follow-up care as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, effectively utilizing your clinical training and compassionate communication skills to support clients in distress.

• Engage in community outreach programs and initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues, reducing stigma, and promoting wellness within the local population.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Exemplary communication skills and the ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients from all walks of life.

• Demonstrated cultural competence to effectively engage with clients from different backgrounds, ensuring that care is respectful and personalized.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation and follow-up procedures efficiently and accurately.

Compensation and Benefits\n
