Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand each client's mental health concerns, ensuring accurate diagnoses are established.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse client population primarily consisting of students and their families. You will be addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. By fostering an open and safe environment, you will help clients, especially young women, develop coping strategies that empower them to thrive both academically and personally.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid clinical license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling through specialized training or extensive practical experience in clinical settings.

• A solid understanding of evidence-based practices, particularly in dealing with adolescent mental health issues.

• Strong therapeutic skills and the ability to establish trusting relationships with clients, motivating them toward recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary between USD 60,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
