Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and co-occurring mental health conditions.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the individual therapeutic goals of clients, addressing both addiction and underlying mental health issues.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care, share insights on client progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Provide education and support to clients’ families, helping them understand the recovery process and how they can contribute to their loved one's healing.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.

As a licensed mental health counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will primarily work with individuals dealing with substance abuse problems, as well as those experiencing co-occurring mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression. Qualifications\n

• A valid clinical license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required to practice psychotherapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
