Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients entering treatment for substance use disorders, identifying their unique needs, personal goals, and potential barriers to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in addiction treatment methodologies and evidence-based practices associated with recovery.

• Previous experience in providing both individual and group therapy specifically in the context of substance use treatment is essential.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with a non-judgmental and empathetic approach to client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, based on your qualifications and experience.
