Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to support clients in a flexible setting. You will primarily engage with patients through virtual sessions, employing our advanced telehealth technology. Our work schedule generally spans Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Robust understanding of substance use disorders and the framework of recovery-oriented care, combined with experience delivering individual and group therapy in addiction treatment settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
