Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of children and their families impacted by autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders.

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities tailored to the pediatric population.

• Deliver crisis intervention and manage emergency mental health situations, which may require periodic on-call coverage during nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including clinical notes, treatment plans, and monthly performance statistics, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Refer clients and their families to appropriate community resources and support systems to enhance their treatment and recovery journey.

• Facilitate training and consultation for colleagues and support staff on best practices in pediatric mental health to promote ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental challenges, as well as their parents or guardians. You will work closely with families, providing them with the tools and resources necessary to navigate treatment options and improve their overall well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in Washington State (LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
