As a member of our team, you will work in a fully remote setting, which allows for flexibility while maintaining a structured workweek. Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing a predictable schedule that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Individual Patient Engagement: Conduct initial assessments, actively listen to patients' concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs and challenges.

• Diagnosis and Treatment Planning: Utilize your expertise in mental health to diagnose emotional and psychological disorders, crafting detailed and adaptable treatment plans alongside patients.

• Ongoing Evaluation: Continuously monitor patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Education: Provide education to patients and their families about coping strategies for stress and trauma, empowering them with the knowledge necessary to overcome their difficulties.

• Collaboration: Coordinate care with social and medical agencies as well as community outreach programs to ensure patients receive comprehensive support.

• Professional Development: Engage in continuing education and training to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and keep up with the latest in mental health practices.

You will primarily work with individuals who have experienced trauma, which can have profound effects on their mental and emotional health. Many of our patients are navigating the complexities of recovery from traumatic experiences, seeking guidance in overcoming anxiety, depression, and other stress-related disorders. Your role is pivotal in helping these individuals find effective coping mechanisms and support as they work towards their recovery goals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential, demonstrating your professional qualifications.

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
