Work Environment\n

As a remote counselor, you will have the flexibility to work from home while utilizing our advanced telehealth platform to connect with patients. Flexible hours are standard, with a primary workweek scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You will be expected to conduct sessions through video calls, ensuring that clients receive continuous support in an accessible manner.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to understand the specific needs and challenges faced by trauma injury patients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the unique situations of each patient, ensuring alignment with best practices in trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
