Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule while still enabling you to maintain effective communication with clients and the broader care community. Your regular working hours will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for work-life balance and structured client engagement.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations of patients to assess their mental health needs and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a range of mental health issues, focusing predominantly on trauma-related conditions.

• Facilitate supportive counseling sessions via telehealth, ensuring a safe and confidential space for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as required to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to connect clients with additional resources and support services.

• Educate both clients and staff on coping mechanisms for stress and trauma, enhancing overall well-being through workshops or informational sessions.

• Stay current with best practices in mental health counseling through continued education and training to maintain National Certified Counselor certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
