Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic medical record (EMR) software.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case discussions to ensure coordinated care and share best practices with colleagues across various disciplines.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay current with advancements in mental health treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Life Stance Behavioral Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance misuse, and relational conflicts. Qualifications\n
