Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster effective therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to monitor client progress, discussing treatment efficacy, stability, and planning for future appointments or discharges.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes and updates on treatment progress for compliance and quality of care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to ensure a clear understanding of each client's mental health history and presenting concerns.

• Engage in continuous learning and development through individual supervision and participation in team meetings focused on best practices and case discussions.
