Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based diagnostic tools to inform treatment decisions.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction, developing rapport and trust to foster a therapeutic alliance.

• Lead dynamic group therapy sessions, including support groups and psychoeducational workshops, designed to address common mental health issues and promote community engagement.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans for clients, monitoring progress and adapting interventions as necessary to meet evolving client needs.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate emotional support and conducting risk assessments, effectively coordinating emergency interventions when required.

• Stay abreast of industry innovations and evidence-based practices through participation in ongoing training and professional development activities tailored to mental health care.

• Collaborate extensively with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
