Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing professionals to maintain a work-life balance while providing critical support to patients. As a telehealth provider, you will utilize technology to conduct sessions effectively, ensuring accessibility and comfort for patients in their own environments. With a standard work schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, you will enjoy a predictable routine that fosters productivity and well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial evaluations to assess the mental health needs of trauma patients.

• Developing and implementing comprehensive and customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Engaging in regular sessions to actively listen to patients, offering empathetic support and guidance.

• Diagnosing mental or emotional disorders and formulating coping strategies to aid recovery.

• Monitoring patient progress and revising treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Educating patients and staff about trauma coping mechanisms and mental wellness strategies.

• Coordinating care with social and medical agencies, ensuring an integrated approach to treatment.

• Participating in continuing education to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and remain updated on best practices and innovations in mental health care.

Your primary focus will be on patients dealing with trauma-related mental health issues, including those who have experienced physical or emotional injury. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
