Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments during virtual appointments to accurately identify clients’ mental health issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and discussion.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay current with the latest methodologies in mental health counseling to provide the best possible care.

• Maintain detailed documentation of each client interaction through secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
