Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, tailoring approaches to meet client needs and promote recovery.

• Assess and support individuals experiencing attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism spectrum disorder by designing personalized intervention plans and providing ongoing support.

• Collaborate with medical staff and licensed clinicians to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to care.

• Perform intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and establish measurable goals while keeping precise records of client interaction and progress.

• Utilize state-of-the-art electronic health systems to document client data, treatment plans, and progress notes effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients who are in crisis and require intensive and compassionate support to maintain their safety and health. Your caseload may include children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma, and other complex emotional needs. Your expertise will greatly enhance the care and recovery journey of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• A Bachelor's degree in mental health counseling or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in mental health settings, ideally with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 100,000 and 105,000 yearly .
