Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, promoting a safe and supportive space for recovery.

• Conduct intake appointments to gather comprehensive client histories, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans emphasizing achievable goals.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals (psychiatrists, psychologists, etc.), to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure holistic treatment.

• Provide support and counseling to individuals diagnosed with a range of conditions including ADHD and autism spectrum disorders, using evidence-based techniques.

• Adapt therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and changing needs, utilizing various methodologies including grief counseling and addiction support.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing acute mental health crises, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders. Your ability to connect with clients in a genuine and empathetic manner is critical as they navigate their experiences, helping them regain stability and hope.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted License in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) in Washington State.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a mental health setting, particularly with children or adolescents.

• Demonstrated proficiency in various counseling techniques, including but not limited to grief counseling and addiction counseling.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position falls within the range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually .
