Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic frameworks.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including clinical notes and treatment history, in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, social workers, and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, applying effective assessment techniques to facilitate immediate support for clients facing emotional or behavioral challenges.

• Involve families and support systems in the treatment process when appropriate, negotiating treatment goals, progress reports, and discharge planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current, active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or comparable credential.

• A minimum of 3 years of documented experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in individualized care models.

• Strong technological skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records systems and telehealth platforms, ensuring seamless patient interaction and documentation.

• An ability to work independently while being self-directed, exhibiting excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities.

Preferred Experience\n
