Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health and diagnosis.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to promote emotional and psychological healing.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational standards.

• Provide support and ongoing care for individuals experiencing mental health disorders and/or substance use issues.

• Engage actively in team meetings to foster a positive workplace culture and share insights on best practices.

• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring that each client receives the attention and resources necessary for their recovery journey.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and integrated behavioral health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a diverse demographic, including individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds, ages, and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a related licensed field.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling or a related therapeutic setting.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong and trusting relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
