The position is remote, offering the flexibility and convenience of working from home while maintaining a strong connection with clients through virtual platforms. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fostering a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ needs, establish rapport, and gather comprehensive histories during initial meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Counselor will work primarily with adults from diverse backgrounds, many of whom face socio-economic challenges that impact their mental health. Our client population includes individuals dealing with substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. You will be tasked with applying cultural sensitivity and responsiveness to provide effective care tailored to the varied experiences and backgrounds of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Masters's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current and active licensure in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is essential for providing quality care.

• Knowledge of culturally responsive and evidence-based therapeutic practices is a must.

Compensation and Benefits\n
