Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges, designing personalized treatment plans based on their unique needs and preferences.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using various evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused approaches, tailored to diverse mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care that enhances treatment outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support to clients facing acute mental health crises, demonstrating skillfulness and compassion during emergency situations.

• Engage in local community outreach initiatives, promoting mental health awareness and breaking down stigma to encourage individuals to seek help.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate rapport and trust with clients, underlined by your ability to adapt your approach to meet the needs of individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Cultural competence, with a sensitivity to effectively engage with clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational skills that support timely and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree and an active license, preferred candidates will have prior experience working in community mental health settings. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous to streamline documentation and client management processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered salary ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and credentials.
