The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of the mental health needs of children and adolescents, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, addressing specific concerns and goals.

• Provide direct therapeutic services, including one-on-one counseling and group therapy sessions, tailored to the unique needs of young clients.

• Implement innovative therapeutic interventions informed by current best practices, continuously adapting approaches to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and peer consultation to enhance professional practice and address complex cases.

• Participate in community outreach and educational programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on a diverse population of children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma-related issues. Clinicians will utilize developmentally appropriate strategies to engage young clients effectively, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field, with current licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.

• At least two years of professional clinical experience with a specialization in providing therapeutic services to children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mindful Changes Counseling offers competitive W-2 compensation above market rates, with an annual salary between $90,000 and $100,000. Additionally, we provide:
